WEDDINGS STYLING & STATIONERY DESIGN
Love Curates is a marriage of art and style, specialising in wedding styling and custom stationery focusing on illustration design and calligraphy, such as wooden signages, calligraphy cloth banners, and red packets calligraphy.
Having been a bridesmaid for countless wedding gigs, Quan Mei empathises with the amount of hard work that goes down during the wedding preparations, and has found an unexplainable joy in designing and styling weddings. She hopes to be that aesthetic hand, allowing the couples and their bridal team to have an enjoyable and memorable celebration without any worries.
With her flair for the aesthetics as a self-taught illustrator, calligraphy artist, and designer, Quan Mei goes above and beyond to curate the best aesthetics for her couples, bringing their dream wedding to fruition.
Strongly believing in "No wedding should be the same," Love Curates takes pride in curating each wedding to best tell the love story behind it.
ART & DESIGN
Love Curates Studio was birthed during circuit breaker in 2020 as Quan Mei seeks to spread encouragements, affirmations and positivity through her artworks. Her monochrome botanical illustrations and line work hope to bring comfort and healing to its recipients, bringing across the message that there is beauty even in the darkest nights.
Quan Mei's artworks and designs are deeply inspired by botanicals and nature, with a rustic style, each bringing words of affirmations for whoever who comes across them.
Besides stocking at various stockists, Quan Mei frequents art markets to connect with her community. Till date, she has participated in multiple markets, some of which are reputable locations like Esplanade, Gardens By The Bay, and the National Gallery. She also prioritises reaching out to schools and hospitals like NAFA and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
She has worked with corporate clients and public organisations during their brand activations and launches, to create a unique and memorable experience for their guests and VIPs.
ABOUT QUAN MEI
Quan Mei is a calligrapher, artist, wedding stylist, and creative entrepreneur passionate about bringing beauty, light, and encouragement through her work. Founded during Singapore’s Circuit Breaker, Love Curates Studio was born from a desire to uplift others through art. Inspired by nature and botanicals, her creations combine elegant line work with meaningful messages that speak to resilience and hope.
As the founder of Love Curates Studio, she has collaborated with clients across diverse industries—including healthcare, hospitality, banking, retail, and education—on mindful art workshops, commissioned illustrations, and live event activations to create a unique and memorable experience for their guests and VIPs.
She also offers calligraphy, illustration, painting, and design services as an artist, while producing a line of stationery and lifestyle merchandise. Her products can be found in multiple retail stockists and on Love Curates' online web store.
A self-taught illustrator, calligraphy artist, and designer, Quan Mei holds a BA in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore, and has pursued formal training in Botanical Drawing at LASALLE College of the Arts. Her artistic journey began at the age of 20, when she started hand-painting canvas bags in university as a way to bring a personal touch to a mass-produced world.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, as a wedding stylist and stationery designer, Quan Mei helps couples design their wedding venue and bespoke stationery with a touch of art, bringing their dream wedding to fruition.
